Rossmore Native Oysters

These are the most delicious Native oysters, bred in our 21 ponds, with over 50 years breeding experience, produce some of the finest natives. They are bred each summer in the ponds, and then the young spat are grown onto the seabed where they grow for a further 4 years, before reaching your plate. They have a firm meat, and have a nutty aftertaste, with a crisp bite.
